  在宜秀区五横乡,志愿服务的热潮如春风般吹拂每个角落。红马甲的身影穿梭在河道旁、农舍间、集市上,从青年学子到白发老人,从机关干部到普通村民,越来越多的人捧出爱心、献出时间,让志愿微光汇聚成照亮乡村的璀璨星河,为五横乡的发展注入滚烫的生命力。

  环境整治的战场上,志愿红马甲是最亮眼的底色。青年志愿服务队扛着工具奔走在整治一线,河道里的漂浮物、路边的杂草堆、墙角的废弃杂物,都被他们一一清理干净。“3·5”学雷锋纪念日当天,百余名志愿者分片行动,用半天时间让三条多年未彻底清扫的小巷焕然一新;植树节里,他们带着树苗在荒坡上忙碌,培土、浇水,细致得像对待自家菜园,数百棵新栽的树苗在春风里挺直腰杆。曾经的卫生死角变成了整洁的小广场,堆满垃圾的河岸种上了花草,村民们走在路上,看着越来越清爽的家园,脸上的笑容也多了起来。

  志愿者们会定期前往孤寡老人的住所,为其打扫房间、购置生活所需物品。他们陪伴老人聊天以排解其烦闷,倾听老人讲述过往经历,为老人的生活带去温暖与慰藉。在关爱留守儿童领域,志愿者们借助“宜童享未来”暑期课堂等活动,为孩子们辅导课业,开展各类兴趣课程。来自多所院校的大学生志愿者以耐心与爱心为孩子们开启知识的大门,充实了孩子们的暑期生活,助力他们健康成长。

  文明实践的舞台上,志愿红马甲是最活跃的主角。新时代文明实践所联合各方力量,把服务和欢乐送到村民家门口。“文明大集市”定期开集,医务人员搭起临时诊疗台,量血压、听心率,还手把手教老人做降压操;理发师带着工具来摆摊,免费给村民剪发,剪完还会给老人梳个精神的发型;非遗传承人现场教捏泥人,孩子们围在旁边学得不亦乐乎。机关干部志愿者则化身“宣讲员”,用村民听得懂的土话讲政策、说故事,把“绿水青山就是金山银山”的道理融进身边的变化里。这些活动像磁石一样吸引着村民,有人来办事,有人来学艺,有人来聊天,热闹的场面里藏着浓浓的烟火气和幸福感。

  如今的五横乡,志愿精神已融入乡风吹进人心。越来越多的村民从“看客”变成“参与者”,曾经受助的张大叔主动加入环境整治队,被辅导过的孩子假期当起“小小志愿者”。这抹志愿红,不仅擦亮了乡村的颜值,温暖了百姓的日子,更凝聚起共建家园的力量,让五横乡在乡村振兴的路上走得更稳、更暖。(通讯员 张佳)
